Established in 2002, Mac's is a restaurant and night club located in the Historic Veteran's Memorial building located just south of the heart of downtown Eugene. Owned and operated by the McCallum family, Mac's offers delicious cuisine and creative cocktails in a delightfully casual atmosphere. Chicken Piccata
Boneless chicken breast, lightly floured then sauted with mushrooms, garlic and capers. Finished with white wine and fresh lemon juice. $16.50.
Poulet Bechamel
A signature item from days gone by. Tender chicken breasts sauted with mushrooms and onions in white wine. Topped with swiss cheese then baked in a rich cream sauce. $16.75.
Chef Bills Whiskey Cured Prime Rib - Friday and Saturday only
Choice prime rib marinated with cracked pepper, rock salt and sour mash whiskey. Baked and served au jus with creamy horseradish sauce. 8oz. for $17.00, 12oz. for $20.00, or 16oz. for $25.00.
Rib-Eye Steak
Chef bills choice for quality and flavor. The eye of the rib, charbroiled to order. 8oz. for $17.00, or 12oz. for $20.00, add $1.00 for Cajun spices.
Bleu Rib-Eye
12 oz. Rib-eye steak charbroiled to order topped with mushroom bordelaise sauce and finished with melted bleu cheese. 8oz. for $18.00, or 12oz. for $21.00.
Indian Baked Salmon
An original chef Bill recipe featuring delicious chinook salmon baked with a hickory smoked brown sugar glaze. Northwest flavor at its very best! $17.00.
Blackened Salmon
Filet of chinook salmon coated with Cajun spices and blackened in a cast iron skillet with olive oil. Served over caramelized onions and topped with melted Gorgonzola cheese. $18.00.
Oyster Dinner
Fresh pacific oysters, lightly coated and pan fried. Served with cocktail and tartar sauce on the side. $18.00.
Fish & Chips
Ask your server about our fresh fish selection from Newmans tonight. Beer-battered and deep-fried. Served with fries, cocktail and tartar sauce. Market Price.
Healthy Grilled Plates
Our fresh seasonal vegetables sauted and a scoop of low fat cottage cheese with your choice of the following:- One charbroiled chicken breast. $12.00.- Two charbroiled chicken breasts. $16.00.- Charbroiled salmon (or fresh fish of the day). $17.00.- Charbroiled 8oz. Rib-eye steak. $17.00.

A 17% gratuity may be added to groups of 6 or more.

We purchase only the finest products from local producers to create our menu items for your enjoyment. From Newmans fresh seafood (across the street) to locally grown organic produce, chocolate from Euphoria, beer from Ninkasi and fresh herbs from Sweetwater in Creswell, we appreciate the quality available to us in our own backyard.
